REFUND POLICY
Aqua Sports, Inc. does not guarantee that every student will pass their selected course. There are minimum academic, skill and physical standards to most courses. The student must satisfy all course requirements to obtain certification.
Aqua Sports, Inc. can not generate refunds of course fees, under any circumstances. However, if a student enrolled in a course, but never attended a class or received materials for the class, that student may apply their paid course fees toward any other Aqua Sports, Inc. course or class for up to 6 months from the date on which the student paid the initial course fee.
If a student confirms an in person training location, date, and time, the student may cancel or reschedule the class via email at anytime more than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the training. If the student fails to cancel or reschedule the training via email more than 48 hours in advance, the student will be charged fifty dollars to cover the costs of reserving the facility and instructor.
