HOW TO REQUEST YOUR CERTIFICATION CARD
Easy as 1 - 2 - 3
After the successful completion of your required academic work and in-person training, request your permanent certification card by emailing us at Certifications@AquaSportsInc.com and provide us with the following information:
(1.) Student name
(2.) Course completed
(3.) Current mailing address
(4.) Instructor
(5.) Location and date of course
Your permanent certification card will be promptly processed upon our receipt of your email request, and we will mail it to your current mailing address usually within 30 days.
If you need proof of certification before your permanent certification card arrives in the mail, simply email us at Certifications@AquaSportsInc.com and request a Temporary Certification and provide us with the following information:
(1.) Student name
(2.) Course completed
(3.) Current mailing address
(4.) Instructor
(5.) Location and date of course
Upon receipt of your request for a Temporary Certification, we will promptly email you a Temporary Certification. The usual processing time for a Temporary Certification is 24 hours.
