How do I select a course?
To select a course go to the Home Page and from the menu bar select Class Listings. Then select the Aqua Sports, Inc. training division that teaches your desired class. The three training divisions are Medi-Pro, Adventure Divers, and Swim-Pro. Medi-Pro teaches all CPR, First Aid, AED, Oxygen Administrator, and Work Place Safety Training. Adventure Divers conducts all SCUBA Diving training courses. Swim-Pro teaches all Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, and Swim Coach Safety Training.
After selecting your training division, select your desired course and class. Then simply check out and purchase your desired course. It's that easy. [Return to Top]
How do I know which Lifeguard course I need?
The most popular Lifeguard certification course is Lifeguard Training, which will certify an individual to be able to qualify for employment as a Lifeguard. In addition, there are several specialty Lifeguard Training courses such as Waterfront, Waterpark, and Management. Aqua Sports, Inc. offers classes in most major cities of the above listed areas. We have access to numerous training facilities in each of these major cities, which enables to provide service to you on the most convenient and reliable schedule within your chosen metropolian area. When are classes offered?
One of the very best features of Aqua Sports, Inc. is that we don't make you accomodate our teaching schedule. We accomodate your schedule. When you are ready to schedule your in person training, simply contact us and request the location and dates that are most convenient for you. Our representive will then match you with the location and dates that best fit your schedule. We can't promise that we will always be able to satisfy your first choice, but we can almost always satisfy one of your top three choices.
In most cases, there only need be one registered student in a class for Aqua Sports, Inc. to schedule a training location and date. Where you are the only student in a class, you get the benefits and convenience of a private lesson for the much lower cost of a group lesson. Just think about it...You can schedule your in person training class(es) in the morning, afternoon, evening, or on the weekends - whenever it suits your schedule. What could be more convenient? How do I schedule a class location, date, and time for my in person training?
To schedule an in person training class simply email Info@AquaSportsInc.com and request the metropolitan area in which you would like to take your class, and the times that best suit your schedule. An Aqua Sports, Inc. representative will contact you to match you with the most convenient options available to you. After agreeing upon a course location, date, and time. The representative will send an email to you requesting that you reply to the email confirming that you will attend the proposed scheduled in person training. No class is deemed scheduled, until Aqua Sports, Inc. receives the confirmation email from the student.
If a student confirms an in person training location, date, and time, the student may cancel or reschedule the class via email at anytime more than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the training. If the student fails to cancel or reschedule the training more than 48 hours in advance, the student will be charged fifty dollars to cover the costs of reserving the facility and instructor.

How do I purchase more than one course for myself?
Once you have Registered as a Student, and Logged In, elect your desired courses one by one. After selecting all of your courses simply click Check Out and purchase each course.

Can I purchase courses for other students?
Yes, you may purchase courses for a student. It is common for a parent, spouse or friend to pay for a course for another individual. To ensure proper registration, the student should register and log in to the site, and then the purchaser should purchase the course. This method ensures that the student will be the party enrolled in the course and not the purchaser of the course. [Return to Top]
What method of payment may I use to purchase a course?
All individual students enrolling in a course must purchase the course through the website. If you are purchasing three or more courses you may purchase via mail. Please note that a course will not begin until payment has been received and processed by Aqua Sports, Inc., which may approximately 7-10 days from the time you mail the payment. All payments must be made payable to Aqua Sports, Inc. and submitted through the website or mailed to Aqua Sports, Inc. 757 SE 17th St. #134, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. How do I know if my purchase was successful?
Usually within 24 business hours after making payment you will receive an email at the address you used to purchase the course. The email will provide you will all of the necessary information to begin your course, such as what steps must you take to complete the course, where you should obtain your textbooks and/or videos for the course, and how to contact your local instructor(s). What is your refund policy?
Aqua Sports, Inc. does not guarantee that every student will pass their selected course. There are minimum academic, skill and physical standards to most courses. The student must satisfy all course requirements to obtain certification. Aqua Sports, Inc. can not generate refunds of course fees, under any circumstances. However, if a student enrolled in a course, but never attended a class or received online or physical materials for the class, that student may apply their paid course fees toward any other Aqua Sports, Inc. course or class for up to 6 months from the date on which the student paid the initial course fee. After purchasing a course, do I need to purchase any additional materials?
After purchasing a course you may be required to purchase the required textbooks and/or materials for your course. Not every course requires you to purchase textbooks and materials. If you are required to purchase textbooks or materials to complete your course you will be notified by your instructor. The cost of textbooks and some materials are not included in the cost of your course fee. After purchasing a course, do I need to do anything else?
After you purchase a course, you will receive an e-mail from us with in 24 business hours instructing you on how to proceed with your course. Your email will tell you which, if any, textbooks and/or materials you need and exactly what you must do to successfully complete your course.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my course?

After purchasing your course, please direct all of your questions to the instructor who is conducting your training. If after consulting your instructor, you still have questions, please contact us.

How do I request my permanent certification card?
At the completion of your course, the instructor that conducted your training will issue you a permanent certification card. To request your permanent certification card, simply email your request for a certification card to your instructor, include your full name, the course you completed, location of the training, and the date on which you completed the course, and your instructor will promptly process your permanent certification and mail it to you. How long will it take to receive my permanent certification card?
Depending on the type of course and the certifying agency (i.e., American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety & Health, PADI, YMCA, DAN, etc.) it may take up to 30 days to recieve your permanent certification card. [Return to Top] Can I get a temporary certification card while I am waiting for my permanent certification card?
At the completion of your course, the instructor that conducted your training can grant you a temporary certification card to be used until your permanent card is delivered to you. Simply email your request for a temporary certification to your instructor, include your full name, the course you completed, location of the training, and the date on which you completed the course, and your instructor will promptly email your temporary certification to you.
